Sit, Stand and Be Fit with DEB: Wednesdays 3:30-4:15pm
Zoom in to do a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises with certified fitness professional Debra Hanoka, MPH ACE, CPT.
A chair is used for seated and standing exercises and support. This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. Class can be modified depending on fitness levels. Age should not be a barrier to improve your health!
Equipment: A sturdy chair is needed. Light weights can be used but are optional (water bottles or cans from your pantry can be used in place of weights).

The Newark Museum of Art invites artists within your organization and community to submit works for the 2021 New Jersey Arts Annual: ReVision and Respond. This juried exhibition is open to all artists, age 21 and up, who live and work in New Jersey. It will be on view at the Museum from June 15 to August 22, 2021.
The Museum looks forward to hosting this combined art and craft NJAA and welcomes submissions of traditional, contemporary, new media, and craft works from the diverse artists throughout the state.
The Arts Annual series is sponsored by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment of the Arts.

We can chat about what you like to use for coloring and chat about the many different coloring pages we can choose from! We will have a "show and tell" each week to show how your design is progressing! And we can have a vote on the best coloring page!
